One of the few restaurants in the area open late on a Wednesday. The staff was so delightful and assisted our group of non-Spanish speakers with recommendations on both food and drinks.
We had been filling up on tacos before we arrived, but still had to try their guacamole and queso fundito to start with. The guacamole was some of the best I have ever had, and I'm even considering returning for a second time this trip for more. I had a taco de suadero and while it was a little light on the filling compared to other tacos we had that evening, it was quite delicious and full of flavor and the meat was super tender. My friend reported the al pastor was wonderful and even better than the others she had earlier in the night.
We had massive liters of micheladas, but unfortunately most of us had to tap out before we could finish them. Our waitress was so nice and helpful, I hope we get to see her...

I also ordered a couple tacos off the beaten path as it were, tacos de sesos (brains) and de tripa (tripe), I loved the tacos de sesos but did not have a taste for the tacos de tripa, this was definitely on me as they were well prepared.
