Olive Garden Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Mexico City

Guys!... what a dissapointment!... Olive Garden is one of my favorites in the US and when I saw it in Oasis Coyoacan I was thrilled!... but, unfortunately the experience in breakfast was not up to par :( One of the worst things for me is when I'm told that something I want is not available, and in this case it was simple Orange Juice, nothing utterly complicated to have in stock I think. Next was the dish itself, the omelette was good, but the potatoes were not what I was expecting, the wedges were not bad, but definitely not the Tuscan's advertised (photos attached) and there was not a single comment on the side of the waiter like "I'm sorry we had to change this or something" hoping that the client doesn´t notice is a very bad strategy... I´ll try one more time for dinner but you have to improve your stock and your staff communication...

He acudido varias veces a esta sucursal y hace unos días fui con una amiga, esperando el mismo servicio y atención de siempre, bueno, cálido y honesto, sin embargo, la mesera que nos atendió brindó un pésimo servicio y suelo ser bastante flexible pues también fui mesera. Al llegar no habíamos terminado de sentarnos y acomodar nuestras cosas y ya nos estaba pidiendo la orden, le solicitamos darnos unos minutos y no pasaron ni cinco cuando estaba de regreso, al pedirle nuevamente que nos diera unos minutos se molestó y se retiró, después de eso tardó 30 minutos aproximadamente en regresar por la orden aún cuando la llamamos varias veces y sí nos vio y respondió que en un momento (el lugar estaba ocupado al 20% aproximadamente); pedí una sopa Minestrone y me llevó otra, se lo comenté y dijo que era esa, lo cual no es verdad pues la conozco bien y en la foto no era la misma; no estuvo al pendiente cuando necesitábamos varias cosas como más agua, otros cubiertos, un plato adicional aún cuando la llamamos varias veces y nuevamente sí nos vió; nos llevó la cuenta aunque aun no habíamos terminado de comer; solicité entonces llevar lo que aún no había terminado, me brindó un recipiente, lo dejó y quiso llevarse el pan (que es bien delicioso apoco no?), le pedí dejármelo y se molestó; aun con eso decidí dejar propina, le pedí por favor me apoyara a cambiar un billete de $100 para dejársela, pensaba darle $40 pues mi cuenta era de $350 y es bien sabido que es más conveniente para ellos dejar en efectivo que con tarjeta, me regresó dos billetes de $50 argumentando que era todo lo que podía hacer, lo cual me pareció un abuso para dejar los $50, cosa que sí hice. Por lo anterior, me pareció pésimo...

We ordered food for 4 from Olive Garden Universidad, it was very disappointing. One salad was not delivered, the sodas were different from ordered, but then when we were ready to eat the pasta, it was very spicy, a chile sauce that did not match the description, the filling of the raviolis also different. I called the reataurant and did not get good attention nor a offer to send the correct products. The woman only said she was sorry and would ask for attention with the team and to fix the description in Uber Eats. Olive Garden will not...
