Idle waiters and waitresses. Not a good look especially when you are sat at the front of the restaurant and you see a collection of 6(!) serving personnel, gossiping, laughing and having a good carry on with their phones in front of you, the customer, whilst eating your meal. Very unprofessional. All this while what seemed was the manager walking around with an earpiece in his ear (he was dressed like no one else in the restaurant hence me assuming so) and he saw nothing wrong with this level of unprofessionalism.
Our waitress was slow and inattentive. We had to ask for her to bring menus. She didn't seem to be knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu, as she couldn't describe everything that went into a dish. This way you could be eating a potential allergen that you are trying to avoid. This is what happened to us and we were not happy. She didn't check on our table to verify that we didn't need anything else. It was a quiet day, so you couldn't really say she was ran off her feet.
Shame for the place really, they have a nice view and the food tasted decent, but their service is really lacking for an establishment trying to come off as high end. The experience there was...
