Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Mexico City

I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at this Starbucks. While waiting outside the restroom for my boyfriend, an aggressive man approached me accusing my boyfriend of entering the women’s restroom and demanding a “ticket” from me and he threatened to report me without clearly explaining to whom or why.

The restroom is single-occupancy and labeled with an image that could easily be interpreted as a man or a woman — there was no written text. My boyfriend hadn’t done anything wrong, yet I felt unsafe and intimidated.

When I reported the incident to the cashier, she told me he was a security guard and not a Starbucks employee. Yet I saw him behind the counter making drinks and putting food in the microwave for customers. This man’s behavior was ridiculous, confusing, and completely unprofessional. Starbucks management needs to address this immediately to ensure all customers are treated safely and respectfully especially in an area with heavy international tourism...

Stayed around the area and this is one of the many Starbucks in the area, it is cozy and has the full menu. Tried the Cranberry Mocha and it was awesome, also a Frappucino as well as a couple of pastries. The WiFi was easy to connect to and sat down for a few minute to relax. Right outside the Starbucks there is a Mexico where you can take pictures, and a structure called El Caballito. Hola es la segunda vez que pongo mi comentario y el cual lo quitan mi experiencia fue mala

deberian de capacitar a las empleadas pague con uno de 500.00 eran las 12:30 hras para adquirir la promocion de frapuchino a lo que mi billete paso por casi todas las empleadas de la sucursal que por que no se veia real lo pasaron agua lo hicieron cachito lo doblaron hice fila de 20 minutos

deberian de proporcionarles capacitacion o brindarles las herramientas como la cajita de ultravioleta o el plumon que detectan los billetes falsos ya que acudi a otro puesto a consumir para poder cambiar mi billete el cual no era falso

y adicional si van a ir por la promocion de 49.00 paguen con billetes de menor monto ya que los de 200.00 no dijeron nada 100.00 y de 50.00 por lo igual los aceptaron a personas que iban delante de mi y si van a comprar la promocion pidan que acuda un hombre a la sucursal ya que se ve la diferencia de atencion cuando las empleadas atienden clientes hombres y cuando atienden clientes mujeres pues a los hombres los atienden mas rapido

fui a las 5 pm y dijeron no tenian hielos pero apenas me vieron y asi en seco no tenemos hielos

ya ni ir a esa sucursal no le vayan a echar algo a mi bebida ya se lo tomaron a personal ni las conozco apenas me vieron y en seco no tenemos hielo hace meses atras me atiendiron bien desconozco si fueron las mismas empleadas no es por ser grosera pero no las recuerdo solo podria decir que esa ocasion fue atencion bien ya que yo meses que no voy a esa sucursal ni...
