I'd rate this 0 stars if I could I've had breakfast regularly at other Maison Kayser locations such as Reforma Avenue. The service at the airport one is awful, I was there with my family (3 members), we only had a piece of sweet bread each and 1 chai latte, 1 "large" capuccino and 1 expresso... I don't get what the difference was but our beverages came to our table served in such small cups that it would not even fill their smallest to-go cup, while the rest of customers were served on to-go cups at the right size as they ordered. It took about 30 minutes to get our order served and there was only 10 customers (including us three) and a lot of staff. The beverages were only warm (not hot) and bread didn't tasted freshly made. Our total came up to around 800 pesos, and even with the ridiculous service their staff provided, they included as mandatory a 15% tip over our total (which by the way is illegal by mexican laws). We asked to make the payment with card and they indicated that then it would cause a 10% commission for it (which is illegal too), so we had to pay in cash... after all, our bill went up to almost 1,000 pesos for a ridiculously yucky bread, small and cold beverages and the worst service we have received in an airport food establishment. Definitely never coming back, will stick to Starbucks as usual, or Maison Kayser on any...
Read moreI used to love eating here and resting before flights until one of the servers stole money from my credit card. He said he “wrote me a note.”
Which means, he wrote what tip he wanted to give himself on my bill, and wrote, “Okay?” And without confirming anything with me, charged me not just for my meal, but the tip he decided to give himself.
This is stealing and credit card fraud. When I complained, the other waiter who is usually very attentive, seemed to be on his colleague’s side. And it was not pleasant to get my money back.
This place really lacks integrity, and therefore I cannot bear to go there again. This mesero should be fired, but I’ve seen him there even after...
Read moreI stood in line and they just looked at me so I sat down in the dinner then a waitress came & said it would be additional fee to dine. I told her i stood in line & the male & female cashiers just looked at me. So I ordered “to go”. I ordered a ham sandwich & it took over20 minutes for them to give me my food. The premade sandwiches were given to me cold. When I asked the female cashier if she had mayonnaise first she pretended she didn’t hear me then I repeated myself & she quickly said No & turned around before I could ask anything else. For the male/female cashiers working on 11/11 around 11pm, do better. If you don’t like your job apply somewhere because you all...
