Pizzas ricas pero el staff fue muy grosero, si el que hace las pizzas no quiere que se le pregunte dónde se puede ver el menú deberían tenerlo exhibido en un lugar visible y no en un código QR que sólo ellos saben donde está, también deberían tener exhibido que el pago se hace dentro de Jügo y no en Hippo. No deberían gritarle a los clientes por pedir el menú, aunque estén de malas, de los clientes vive el negocio. La chica que nos cobró también tenía una mala actitud y nos presionó para pagar rápido aunque no había ningún otro cliente en el lugar.

The staff was very rude, when I asked the guy making the pizzas where I could see the menu he yelled at me that the QR was there, besides that he was preparing the sauce without using his mask he had it hanging in the neck instead of wearing it properly. It was our first time eating there so we didn't know we had to pay inside Jügo for the Hippo pizza, when we asked he again answered in an unfriendly way. If they want to avoid getting asked for the menu they should have it displayed instead of a tiny QR code and also a sign saying that you have to pay somewhere else. Also the girl from Jügo was rude, they were pressuring us to pay even though there was no other costumer in sight. Wow, these are actually some of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. The dough is perfectly cooked and the toppings are innovative and different. If you can try the pear and Gorgonzola pizza. It’s an amazing flavour! It’s also pet friendly and they brought our dog a bowl of water. If you like artesian beers they have a great brown ale from San Miguel de Allende. Pedimos los chips de verduras de entrada y luego la pizza de berenjena. La pizza llegó mucho antes (nos preguntaron si queríamos esperar, y menos mal que dijimos que no, porque tardaron mucho). La pizza, si bien estaba sabrosa, era excesivamente grasosa, hasta el punto que goteaba la tabla de madera en la que la sirvieron, dejando pequeños charcos de aceite sobre la mesa. Los chips de verdura eran principalmente masa frita, y no los pudimos acabar entre dos porque ya nos empezaba a doler el estómago de tanta grasa. El aderezo sí estaba rico, por lo menos.

El mesero que nos atendió era atento y agradable, pero nos dio muy mala impresión que los 4 meseros estuvieran ahí parados en el comedor mirando sus teléfonos en vez de estar pendientes de los clientes.

El restaurante estaba prácticamente vacío (viernes por la noche), así que ambiente había poco, pero la ubicación es buena y la terraza de arriba es agradable en cuanto a decoración, música e iluminación.

Algo que no me explico es que dejen de servir bebidas alcohólicas a las 9 de la noche. Nos dijo el mesero que no se qué cosa del permiso, pero en la misma calle hay varios bares que sirven alcohol hasta tarde, así que no entiendo por qué pasa eso. Pero es otro motivo para nunca...
