This place used to be another very delicious restaurant 3 years ago. Now their service is horrible, looks like it's family owned and they have their children serving and working there. Their pozole was amazing but with the new owners it's horrible, they used the same soup from the panza and put 5 pieces of hamony mixed with pork and panza. There were 9 of us and they were bringing plates out about 5 minutes apart and we kept reminding them we were still missing plates, drinks and silverware. Their fruit waters (mango and watermelon) were so watered down and nasty. They made us believe that they were the previous restaurant "El Barco pozoleria" that's why we stayed but everything was horrible. Do not eat here. The service is sub standard, and ALL the food was just not good. The pozole had a fishy taste to it. Underwhelming condiments. The chicharrón and the tortilla chips were stale. ¡No lo recomiendo! Un restaurante más de comida, nada especial. Es la 3a vez que como aquí. Si quieres comer de entrada: un caldo de agua, que diga, de pollo insípido, sopecitos sencillos sin frijol y salsa qué quema de picor pero sin sabor, entonces ya sabes donde encontrarlo. Cuando les pedí otras salsas, por que la única que teníamos en la mesa picaba de a diablos, entonces me dijeron que no había, aunque después de insistir me trajeron 2 otras. Mis nopales rellenos de queso panela eran una tercia parte rellenos y tuve que pedir qué le acompletaran al queso. Y por último, cuando me trajeron 2 tortillas, la de abajo estaba ya comenzada. Lo único que si estuvo bien fue la gelatina de buen sabor y consistencia y el servicio el cual nos lo dieron rápido después de que así lo necesitábamos. El menú del día era 5 mxn más caro pero muuucho más pobre de sabor y cantidad. Ps. El ambiente tuvo 3 estrellas por que llegó un flautista muy bueno y toco hermoso, de otra forma, tranquilo y sin como qué quieren sentirse fifis algunos qué no se quieren sentar...
