Corasan de Pan is not just a bakery; it’s a captivating journey into the world of baking. Nestled within its modern, trendy ambiance, this delightful establishment boasts an open kitchen where you can witness the magic of their products coming to life. As you step inside, you’re greeted by the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked goods and the mesmerizing sight of skilled bakers crafting their creations right before your eyes. It’s a feast for the senses, and watching their culinary expertise in action adds an extra layer of appreciation to each bite. Beyond the enchanting bakery experience, Corazan de Pan truly shines with its top-tier quality products that can easily rival renowned French bakeries. From heavenly croissants to exquisite pastries, every bite is a symphony of flavors and textures that will transport you to pastry paradise. It’s a tight menu that mixes French classics and Mexican treats. We must also mention their exceptional service, as they really go above and beyond. They often remember our order and have gone so far as to offer us some of their staff meal or to make us our favorite pastry from scratch before their normal schedule. Corasan de Pan is an absolute must-visit.

The raves in the reviews are not exaggerated. This place was our “absolute must” on our morning list to visit. We are so happy we learned about this place from our Airbnb neighbor as soon as we got here. Even the plain croissants are heavenly, flaky and light. Perfect with the great Americano coffee served there. All in the staff are friendly, hardworking and skilled. Having a barista on staff just adds to the perfect match for the great variety of breads and pastries. Special thanks to Mae (pronounced Mai) for service with a personal touch. Do not forget to try their sourdough bread. Rivals the great one at Fire Island bakery in Anchorage Alaska.

This place is amazing. Small but very friendly and some of the best baked goods I’ve ever had. They also make REALLY good espresso drinks. Fresh baked bread that is soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside. They have a variety of sweet baked items each day and all of them are worth eating. The Cardamon bun is to die for. Lots of airy layers and a crunchy sugar crust that makes you want more. Give this place all your money!

It can be hard finding a bakery here making really good bread. They love their sweet breads in Mexico but sometimes you just want regular, freshly baked bread. Came here a year ago and was very happy to find this place a short walk from where we were staying. Now a year later we returned and one of the first places I came to was here to pickup a sourdough. Excellent as I remember. Yes it costs more but I haven't found another place as...
