El Sagrario - Restaurante, Bar y Pizzería — Restaurant in Oaxaca

Every place is Oaxaca was good besides this one. My boyfriend and I were very hungry and this place had many open tables, so we decided to try. The service was very good, the waiter was nice and polite. But the food was horrible. Any street food is so much better. We got this pizza and soup. The soup was okay, but barely had any flavor. But this pizza has to be one of the worst pizzas we have ever had. The dough wasn’t thoroughly cooked, the cheese was very cheap and I don’t think we have to say anything about the sausages, you can see in the photo how they look…

Maybe they have other dishes that are better but you should get pizza...

Worst place ever. They had the tv on with a volume so high you could not even have a conversation. We asked the waiter to lower the volume which they did only to go even higher 5 minutes later. We had to ask them to change places because of that and they did not even offer to lose the volume.

Ordered a fondue with chistorra which was flooded in grease. I was not able to grab more than 2 bites so I left it as is. They came took the whole plate and did not even asked if there was something wrong with it. Did not tip because of all of this and the waiter yelled at us “no tip wow never come back”. Seriously worst...

Nunca había tenido una mala experiencia en El Sagrario… hasta el día de hoy. Siempre he pensando que sus desayunos son mejores que el resto de su comida, así que entre todos los restaurantes de Oaxaca decidí ir a celebrar un cumpleaños. Cuando ordenamos le dije al mesero mi motivo de estar ahí ya que cada año iba y sabía que te regalan una rebanada de pastel y te ponen Las Mañanitas, pero este año fue la excepción. El servicio fue ESPANTOSO. Cuando estábamos a punto de pedir la cuenta el mesero seguía sin traer lo que le había pedido y finalmente apareció otro, le dije lo mismo y finalmente tampoco lo hizo, por la forma en la que se paseaban me di cuenta que simplemente estaban evadiendo lo que les había pedido (haciéndose tontos). NUNCA trajeron lo que les pedí pero igual me preguntaron si iba a dejar propina a lo que obviamente me negué rotundamente. Cuando salí me quejé con la “jefa” y solo se disculpó y dijo que lo iba a hablar con el mesero pero igualmente salí inconforme. Hoy me di cuenta que El Sagrario no se preocupa para nada por su clientela, he estado en otros restaurantes donde la clientela es lo más importante y lo hacen notar pero aquí NO. Estoy completamente decepcionada de lo que sucedió el día de hoy y para futuras ocasiones me pensaré dos veces si quiero comer en ese establecimiento. Gracias El Sagrario por arruinar un momento tan importante y donde finalmente yo los había elegido sobre muchos otros lugares para convivir en este día, lo hicieron muy bien y sin...
