Omar was our delightful and extremely professional server. He knows the menu and did not miss a thing providing above and beyond excellent service. We dined at 915am for breakfast each ordering vegetarian omelets, he orderAmericano coffee and I ordered a cappuccino. The omelet was extremely healthy with a nicely diced mix of Mexican summer squash, potatoes, & carrots that lacked seasoning! I would give ten stars if I could. Not only was Omar our server professional, attentive, and kind, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the food and mezcal. He explained the origins, process and traditions of the foods and beverages thoroughly. The food was by far the best we've had, far better than the "tour guide recommendations" and foodie websites we went to. Nice ambiance with live music. Our waitress didn’t speak a word of English which is ox but she didn’t try to help us understand repeating the same words over and over very quickly. Even with our broken Spanish we usually are able to make it works. Not with Nactali. She was board and pushy when we didn’t go fast enough to order drinks or food. It was really too bad.
