Went here for the bike ride at night. You pay 150 pesos if you're a foreigner and 80 if you're from Mexico. Everything was good until I changed gears and the bike broke down and the chain got stuck. I was left alone and a boy who did not work there stayed to help me. I had to walk back to the location 10 blocks with the bike and waited for my friends because i couldn't put it back together. I was upset that I couldnt be there for the entire experience.
I stayed and no one apologized to me. I waited thinking they could compensate me for my bad experience, the employees called the owner and they proceeded to tell me that I had to pay 300 pesos to repair the damages. In no way I found myself liable as I was using the bike normally as intended. They told me that I should pay because the owner would still make the employees pay for the damages regardless. So they tried to make me feel bad because they were just kids. Even though I asked them to let me speak with the owner they claimed that they couldn't let me speak with him. In my head I feel like they were just trying to scam me to pay extra. It was a great experience otherwise but I wouldn't trust this company nor would I ever return or...

Hired a bike from here, or at least the bike rental place in the back. I have been met by nothing but kindness from people in Mexico and unfortunately this place broke that. I was met by unfriendliness at almost every opportunity; when asking for directions they did not have the time for it, when asking to use the toilet at the end of my ride I was told a flat no - the toilet is part of the restaurant and not available for me. I hired a bike for 100 pesos for eight hours. It is a flat rate and they do not budge on that, even at 4pm when I went wanting the bike for only 2 hours. I understand why they have a flat rate to maintain the bikes etc. However in the 2 hours I had my bike the chain came off a number of times and I would not think it would survive 8 hours. I recommend you search 'bike rental' on Google maps and use one of the many...
Read moreHonestly I would put 0 stars if there is this option. We had the worst bike tour and service in the world! We took a night bike tour with them during which it started raining heavily, our clothes were literally soaked. Frankly we believe it was completely irresponsible and dangerous to continue the tour under those weather conditions, however the tour guide was saying nothing. So my partner and I decided to stop. When we got back to the restaurant and asked to get our money back for the unsuccessful tour, the waiter declined our complaint. Then we asked to talk to the manager and it got event worse. The manager was super rude and was yelling at us saying that it was our responsibility and that some people like driving bike under the pooring rain. Basically he didn't let us say anything with his arrogant patriarchal attitude. Shame on you...
