AMORD3 | Bar emocional — Restaurant in Oaxaca

Tourists beware! The waiter added many drinks to our check. When I asked him about it, he said he'd correct it. He came back and had printed a check with 6 beers, and hand wrote "5" over the 6, essentially charging me for 6 beers when we actually bought 5. He thought I wouldn't notice the obvious handwritten change. I told him I would only pay for what I purchased. He said "who will pay for these other drinks?" - drinks that my group didn't order! He then had the audacity to say "this price does not include a 15% tip. Please add a 15% tip." I put my money down on the table, without a tip, and walked away. We spoke to other tourists, who said the same thing happened to them. He was trying to take advantage of us! Just don't bother...

We had our welcome cocktail party at Cozana and Victor was the one who managed our event. He went above and beyond to make the night memorable for our 80+ wedding guest! 💕 Everything from the food, drinks, ambiance, music and entertainment was amazing!!!! Victor was so kind, and made sure to take care of any last minute changes so my groom and I could enjoy the night, he even had a couple of surprises for us that really took the event over the top! Came here for a friend’s birthday drinks! Very nice service from an excellent team! Music was a bit hit or miss with lots of different genres but I suppose there was something for everyone! Very cool vibe inside with good lighting and art on the walls. Toilets were pretty small for the size of the place and so it was a bit of a squeeze if more than one person needed to go at a time.
