Update - The owner's response speaks volumes about why the service in this place is so bad. I ordered en español, I live in Mexico and always order in español since I'm well aware that it is rude to assume that Mexicanos would speak inglés. However the male employee didn't listen to me, nor care to mention that he did not understand my question. I specifically asked if I could pay additional for a doble *en español. He looked annoyed, and only said "No" multiple times, I was definitely not offered any other options.

I honestly have no idea if this place is just an awful coffee shop, or if the service is just really bad... I asked if anything had doble espresso other than just a doble shot of espresso, he said no. I asked if it was possible to pay additional to have doble espresso in a latte or something, and he said no. That seems very basic of a coffee shop. I got a galleta (for 40 pesos!) And left.
