Friendly and efficient service, nice atmosphere. I would give the atmosphere a 4.5 and service a 4.8. In our opinion, the food leaves room for improvement. The spinach salad, $190 pesos, was just spinach with maybe 8 or 10 black olives, a little sliced strawberry, some chopped walnut, and dressing. The dressing was good, but otherwise the salad lacked character. It wasn't worth $190 pesos as compared with other restaurants we've eaten at in Oaxaca de Juárez. The spaghetti carbonara, $270 pesos, was a small serving for the price. It was extremely salty. My wife and I like salt, but the dish was overwhelmed by salt. The wait staff was happy to exchange it. When they brought the plate back to the table, the spaghetti had less sauce and no parmesan on top. That's how they compensated for oversalting the sauce. So the dish ended up with little flavor. Basically, it was a small mound of spaghetti on the plate. The third item we ordered was a pizza Caprichosa for $290 pesos. We were happy with the pizza, nice crust, good flavors. Touring around Mexico has been an amazing experience but this hidden gem is truly a little piece of Italy. As someone who travels often I never expected for this place to match the authenticity from Italy, but my oh my was I wrong. This place is amazing and highly recommended. We had the Burrata and mushrooms as appetizers all fresh and oven baked. We shared all 4 pastas and couldn’t get enough, everything is homemade and taste like it. Food was good/fresh. Service was terrible. I was able to tell the server wasn’t listening to us as we were ordering in Spanish

He didn’t write anything, and we asked if he’s sure he’s got it, and said he was certain.

We waited for over an hour for the food and then we got the wrong food.

My wife’s dish was correct and just ended up splitting that and canceling the pizza.

She got the ravioli fungi which was indeed delicious.

The manager or potentially owner was very apologetic and they gave a us a tiramisu dessert as an apology.
