Sushi Itto — Restaurant in Oaxaca

Wow, this was the worst Asian food I've had in a while. A TV dinner would be tastier. All of the food was dry and overcooked, including the sushi rice. The edamame beans where so soft that they were impossible to eat because the shells dissolved upon touching them. The presentation was awful - see pictures. The service was slow and got our order wrong. Not sure how this place got 4 stars - I guess because there are hardly any Asian...

Decent sushi... Very good for Mexico... not your usual Filadelfia and empanizado México sushi... Complete with wasabi! The tempura was also acceptable. I very rarely award 5 stars, but passable sushi at Mexican prices in a country where good sushi is hard to find... Muy bien... The 2x1 promo is a great value. Was not impressed by the fried rice... But the service was cheerful...

🇪🇸Esperé en la entrada (donde no había nadie para recibirme) durante unos buenos 5 minutos. Me vieron todos los camareros y NADIE tuvo la decencia de saludar y preguntarme qué necesitaba. Queridos amigos de Sush Itto, puede que no les hayan enseñado esto pero, el SERVICIO AL CLIENTE es lo primero y el suyo es astronómicamente BAJO!

🇬🇧 I waited at the entrance (where there was no one to greet me) for a good 5 minutes. I was seen by all the waiters and NO ONE had the decency to say hello and ask me what I needed. Dear friends of Sush Itto, maybe they didn't teach you this but, CUSTOMER SERVICE comes before anything else and yours is LOW at astronomical levels!

🇮🇹Ho aspettato all'ingresso (dove non c'era nessuno ad accogliere) per 5 minuti abbondanti. Sono stata vista da tutti i camerieri e NESSUNO ha avuto la decenza di salutare e chiedermi cosa avessi bisogno. Cari amici di Sush Itto, forse non ve l'hanno insegnato ma, il SERVIZIO AL CLIENTE viene prima di qualsiasi cosa ed il vostro è PESSIMO a livelli...
