Pure disappointment💩. And this was my go to place for burgers on Quinta

I ordered a double meat cheeseburger and asked a waiter to cook the meat medium rare. I like it juicy. She brought me a burger with a burnt and dry meat on the edges. It tasted awful so after a bite I asked a waiter to change this badly cooked burger. She brought a guy who was responsible for torturing the meet and his response was that this is how they cook it and they will not change it🥹. Well, if this 170 pesos brings them more value then a client who comes every month and brings friends then thats how it end.

PS. I had to update review after going to the bathroom: no water to wash hands no water to flush toilet no toilet paper lock is not working huge pool of water on the floor🤮

Amazing smash Burgers with Authentic American Taste!

If you’re in Playa del Carmen and craving a real, American-style burger, Smashing Burgers is the place to go! The burgers are delicious, well-seasoned, and incredibly satisfying—definitely one of the best in the area.The buffalo wings are great as well. Prices are affordable, portions are filling, and you truly get great value for your money.

Our waitress, Venus, was fantastic—super friendly and welcoming, especially with our kids, which made the experience even better. Unlike some of the tourist traps around, this spot delivers on quality and taste. If you need a break from all the “Mexican” food in town, do yourself a favor and check this place out....

The burger was good, with very flavorful meat. Unfortunately, the fries were overcooked, too oily, and not the best quality.

You'll need pacience , the service is slow since there is only one person in the kitchen and one server in the dining area.

The chicken wings were disappointing—the sauce wasn’t great, and the breading was too thick and soggy. We expected a bit of spicy " HOT BARBEQUE" but nada!
