At first the I feel like I’m unwanted at the store, the cashier was nice but seems that she doesn’t want to be at work today. Now quick jump to making my drink :) As a Barista in a Bar, I never seen such a disrespectful way of making a coffee. I ordered a cold Cappuccino… very simple drink (for this Starbucks breach I guess not). The Barista put a coffee from a squeezer and after that put a burned milk into my cappuccino. (You can see in the photos) This was my worst experience ever from Starbucks. — Strong side — Relly beautiful brench. Very clean workplace. — Weak Spot — * workers attitude- if I were them I will ask a day off or reinternship. * don’t work in sterilic way - don’t put gloves, finger marks all over the cup and touch the cover of the coffee like he is going to drink from it. * Starbucks have a great name - don’t ruin it.

Was glad to have a Starbucks so close to my Airbnb. Chased off the tequila every morning. The place has great air conditioning and good wifi - which a blessing. No nitro coffee yet. My Starbucks app work great. They had a little trouble spelling my name - Isaac - lol

Je me demande pourquoi les gens fréquentent les starbucks au Mexique pour payer un mauvais café très cher (expresso 3 $) alors que de nombreux et géniaux petits cafés italiens servent des expressos au top pour la moitié de ce prix. Dans celui là en particulier les sièges sont avachis, très inconfortables et le wifi est compliqué à atteindre. Une seule toilette provoque des lignes interminables. Bref là côté sympa de l extérieur ne vaut pas le coup.

Scam. I ordered a Cafe Frappuccino without cream, but they served it with cream on top. The price I paid was charged more than the price of the Frappuccino, so I asked the staff and they said they added the price of the cream. At Starbucks, there is no extra charge for cream in a Frappuccino. It's free. And, they give you a receipt with the price of each item, but this Starbucks did not. Playa del carmen has too many scammers.....always trying to get as much money...

Absolute joke. Opened late for starters. The “toasted bagel with cream cheese” was a rubbery piece of microwaved pseudo-bread with a millimeter thick piece of sour ham and the “iced” tea had no ice and when I asked for some I got two cubes. $7 for this??? Also, the bathroom had no light and when I used my iPhone flashlight I could see the toilet was leaking all over the floor and hadn’t been flushed. Go to Ah Cacao right around the...
