Great cheap tacos real mexican tacos. The tacos cost 15 pesos or 75 cents each and the sodas too. I highly recommend the campechano which is beef and chorizo. The suadero is like a tender fajita beef thats delicious. Tongue is one of my favorites and I highly recommend you try it if.you never have. Its low fat and the most tender meat. The maciza is also tender coming from the head of the cow. Trompo better known in Mexico as pastor is pork and served with pineapple and is also one of my favorites. Trompa means the lips and ive never tried them but Ive been told they're good. Sesos is brains. I wont eat them because they taste worse than liver. Chuleta is pork chop. Bistec is beef but youd be better off with suadero because its more tender and a more expensive cut. If you come to nero tacos pronounced nyero you will have eaten some of the best tacos Mexico has to offer. Please click if you found this review helpful. Thanks. And thanks for visiting Mexico and try to visit unique small businesses and not just the tourist traps. Read moreIf you’re craving cdmx style street tacos, you’ve found it! 17-20 pesos a taco, great service (you sit at any table and they come up to take your order) and open late too! tripa is fried crispy and delicious. suadero is on point too. never had tried chuleta before but it was also good - sort of like diced pork chop. they use little squeeze bottles for their salsas which was appreciated from a hygienic viewpoint and they were all delicious too, as well as a bowl of grilled onion and another of lightly pickled red onion and habaneros that I put on everything. no beer here only soda. when it comes time to pay they come by with a handheld tablet they take orders on to show you the price (if your Spanish ain’t up to snuff).
we had gone to el fogon right beforehand to try their Al pastor and have some beers, it was pretty good - but this is the real deal. give this place...
Read moreCame here more times than I count during my 5 week trip to Playa. The prices are very affordable (17-25 pesos per taco) and there is a huge variety in the different types of tacos they offer. The tacos themselves were very tasty. If you are getting takeout they will put a generous amount of sauces and lime slices on the side, they also usually put some spicy onion jalapeño garnishing on the side as well. If you are not a Spanish speaker it may be difficult to order because the menu is entirely in Spanish and the servers did not speak English, but we survived with the few Spanish words we knew. I would recommend trying the Pastor and Chorizo tacos, those were...
