Al Carbone — Restaurant in Progreso

We enjoyed some really delicious food at Al Carbone, and the best burger I have had in a long time (corleone}.

The atmosphere is quite sterile and the food was slow to come, over 40 minutes. The other problem was the opening time. Online open time is 4pm or 5pm, depending on which site you look at. When we arrived, we were told they are not open for service until 6pm.

We ordered delivery from Al Carbone. Because my Spanish is muy malo I ordered via WhatsApp. But someone from the restaurant voice messaged back in English to ensure they got our order correct. Amazing customer care. The food arrived when promised still warm. The food was delicious and fresh. The Scarpatta sandwiches were huge and amazing. The delivery person was very nice. I would definitely order from them again. Actually the next time we're in Progreso we will go dine in person....

Food tastes good, I tryed a Buffalo chicken burger and it was very good, arrachera tacos were very good too. I saw the burritos and other burgers and look good too. Something I didnt like is the atmosphere, they have this music very high volume and not make my visit as good as it could be. Looks that it was the music the the cooker likes, just need to know that not all the clients like that...
