Ta Carbón Cholula — Restaurant in Puebla

I gave this note a lot of thought because the ppl working there were nice to me and my family, however, I did got sick after eating there yesterday. The food was terrible and I had to send back one of the dishes I ordered. I order some tacos which came out cold with a tasteless green sauce. I also ordered a torta which came with plastic-like meat. My wife ordered a burger but the meat was far from authentic. They drinks were okay but way too expensive for what they were. The only nice things about this place was the view of the pirámide and the ppl working there and the few potatoes that came with the burger. Im definitely not coming back nor recommending this spot!

La verdad, me enferme del estómago al ir a comer aquí! La comida es mala y cara. Lo único bueno de ahí es el servicio y la vista ala iglesia del cerro. La carne todo lo que pedí fue mala y solo de acordarme me dan náuseas!...

Good restaurante with a great view in cholula to eat some mexican food. I am giving it a 3star for many reasons: My tamarindo mojito $160 was not tasting alcohol, My wife Rusa was without gas , we order a guacamole , there was absolutely no seasoning , the nopales were without seasoning and the tortilla de harina was hard! The chef and the managers should pay more quality on their food and drinks! The service was good from all the staffs.

At the end our check for 4 people including tips was $1,600.

If i would go back...

1- De principio a fin de la estancia, Mala atención de parte de 3 diferentes meseros, llevaron tarde lo que solicité ,olvidaron traer a la mesa una bebida adicional,que se pidió.

2- Mala preparación de los alimentos. En dos órdenes de tacos con carne, vinieron fríos y con exceso de guacamole ( que no pedí )... ¿ la solución?, fue calentarlos en microondas !!, ¿que no saben que la tortilla se endurece y la consistencia y sabor de la carne , cambia ?... en un corte (picaña) con término bien cocido, lo entregaron en su base quemada y obvio no quisieron cambiar... en otro corte, nos lo entregaron con gran cantidad de grasa (1/4 del mismo).

3- Bebida con mezcal. Se solicitó una bebida con Mezcal ( que se nos recomendó) PERO al dejar la mesa para utilizar los sanitarios, al regresar, nos percatamos que la bebida se la llevaron a pesar de que le faltaba de consumir una 1/4 parte.( la bebida se sirvió en un vaso de "yarda").... ningún mesero se hizo responsable del retiro del vaso de la mesa..

4- CIERRE. Tan mal estuvo el servicio y la atención, que el gerente del local tuvo 1ue hacerla de mesero y atendernos para el cierre de la cuenta. MALO, MALO.

En fin...ES UN PÉSIMO LUGAR PARA COMER platillos con carne al carbón. MUy MALA EXPERIENCIA. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO.

EXISTEN LOCALES QUE OFRECEN UNA CARTA SEMEJANTE Y CON MEJOR...
