Utopia, Belgian Beer & Bistro — Restaurant in Puebla

Where do I even start... we have found home! Superb selection of Belgian beers, with a Belgian owner who is a blast to hang out with and talk to, has excellent insight and recommendations, and creates an atmosphere that is inviting and unique. I cannot recommend this spot enough for anyone living in, or visiting Puebla with an affinity for Belgian beer, or craft beer in general.

Every beer is served in the proper glassware, and the variety is exceptional. This is a destination, not a stop.

Please read. I've visited this place before. Had a great time the atmosphere is good, music and of course the beers! Loved it. It's getting 1 star because I made plans to meet up here with a friend coming from far, who loves to try different beers. It's listed as open from 5:30p, I was there, they were closed @5:45p still closed. I asked the hotel staff what time they open, they said 6p. We waited until 6:10p still closed. And we left. It did say open on Google at 5:30p but the place was actually closed. Please update your time, as it was very confusing to get a accurate open time. It was inconvenient....

We decided to try this place because they have a good variety of beers. The food was okay—nothing special. However, the bartender, as many have mentioned, was not friendly. He was moody, grumpy, and seemed unhappy. It felt like he was relying too much on the reputation of the place, forgetting that we deserved better service....
