I can’t say enough great things about my evening at La Única! The atmosphere was vibrant and full of energy, with lively music that set the perfect tone. Daniel’s mezcal cocktails were outstanding—expertly crafted and full of character. The food struck a beautiful balance between authenticity and refinement, with every dish showing real attention to detail.

The grand finale? The “Tarta de Nuez”—a dessert that truly stole the show.

What made the experience even more special was the staff’s deep knowledge of the menu and ingredients. Daniel and the team made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the night.

I’ll definitely be returning—and I’m already planning to visit their Madrid...

We had an outstanding experience at La Única Querétaro! The food, beverages, and service were all exceptional from start to finish. Osvaldo was an absolute star waiter —attentive, friendly, and made our visit extra special.

The burger was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the grilled cauliflower was delicious and beautifully seasoned, and the Sunday specialty tacos were unforgettable. To top it off, the mezcal margaritas were perfectly balanced—smoky, refreshing, and just the right amount of kick.

My wife and I had dinner at La Unica and Osvaldo took care of us. From the valet parking to the receptionist to the waiting staff, all were so friendly and very helpful. Osvaldo walked us over the menu and his suggestions did not dissapoint. Don’t let yourself be persuaded by the negative reviews; take your significant other for a nice date to La Unica and ask for Osvaldo. Try the Esquites con chicharron or Chicharrones de Ribeye.
