One of my friends suggested this place and said it's a must try place in Tulum so I decided to go for lunch here. When I arrived the place was quite full and I did not have any reservations but luckily there were seats available at the bar.
The place is just so beautiful ๐ and I wished I had a table in the outdoor seating area. The place was very packed so the service was a bit slow but the staff were very polite and hospitable. In the end all the wait was worth it since the food here is so delicious.
I started with an Alkalizing Smoothie and Anti-Aging Juice. The smoothie was perfect, not too sweet and the juice was so fresh. This juice seemed like a perfect solution if someone was hungover as every sip was rejuvenating. Then I ordered a Vegan Grilled Deluxe Burrito and substituted avocado with cheese. This has to be the best burrito I had in my life ๐ They served the burrito in a banana leaf which kept it warm and provided some sauces to try along with the burrito. Every single bite of that burrito made me feel like I was in paradise and I did not want that burrito to finish.
In the end I asked the server if they had any desserts and he recommended that I try their banana bread with some coffee. So I ordered the banana bread and a cappuccino and I made the best decision that day. Not sure whether it was this combination that made it perfect or the banana bread was out of this world but that is what I needed that day to complete my meal. I felt I was getting high with every bite ๐
This is the best food I had during my trip to Mexico and I would totally recommend trying this place. As my friend suggested this is a must try if you...

-๐ฅWe got the inflammation salad without the feta cheese so it'll be vegan, the sauces were incredible, everything was super fresh, lots of different veggies. Perfect.
For the following reason it was very hard for me to decide on a rating... The food was good in the end, but this incident really took a toll on my mood and the whole experience.
-๐ฏI ordered the vegan burrito. When they served it to us they got confused and put the one my partner ordered with meat in front of me and said it was the vegan one, we came late in the evening and set outside so it was very dark and I didn't notice that it wasn't beans... I took a bite and immediately noticed... I felt horrible, and it took me a little while to pull myself together after taking a bite of meat after 9 years of not having it... It was human error, it wasn't done from evil, they really apologized, and removed the burrito from the bill, and gave us banana bread for free to compensate for the error. At least in the end my partner had it because we just had our orders mixed and it's not like it went to waste and the animal suffering was for nothing. The burrito itself was good, and so was the vegan banana bread. So besides how unfortunate this was and not easy for me at all they handled it very kindly.
Besides the vegan burrito they have vegan bowls, salads and smoothies.
So I think they just need to put a little more attention to the order, if something like that would have happened to someone with an allergy it could have been very dangerous, but besides what happened they were really nice and...

Food: -Fish burrito It looked well seasoned, I was excited to try it but it didn't taste special, you need to used their sauces to get a taste but the fish itself is hard to taste. -Shrimps burrito It looked less seasoned but was packed with flavor, I absolutely loved it, I recommend it. You can eat it with or without the side sauces
Service: -I had to call them to place my order after waiting for so many minutes of staff passing by and not giving me any attention although half of the restaurant was empty by the time I went -WiFi isn't working -they don't have straws for the drinks, which is much needed also to mix the horchata considering all the ice they adds which made it taste basically a lot like water for half the class. -I had to work hard to get someone's attention to bring me a spoon to mix my horchata, the waiter who saw me I asked him for a spoon instead of bringing it to me "the spoons were right next to him" he started calling the guy who was serving me and told him. I found it extremely rude and a lack of team work. I hope the management will see this and speak to the team about teamwork and client satisfaction.
Atmosphere: -No fans on at the location, it was acceptable but on a hotter day honestly I wouldn't have stayed. -Staff experience made it a negative atmosphere, the only staff who was friendly and smiling "at least to me" was the welcoming lady at the entrance of...
