Snack Bar La Chingada — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

Came to La Chingada Tulum with my brothers — a group of six — specifically to watch the soccer game and enjoy some karaoke after. Before coming, I messaged them directly and was told by their social media team that karaoke was available on Thursdays.

We got there, watched the game, and then asked about karaoke — only to be told by the staff that it’s only on Tuesdays. Seriously? Why give out wrong information and waste people’s time?

We could’ve gone somewhere else if we had known. The whole experience felt disorganized and disappointing. If you’re going to promote something, at least make sure your team is on the same page. This kind of confusion just...

A smallish restaurant with a patio and a good number of big screen TV's showing sports. The food we received was very sub par. Shrimp tacos consist of flour tortillas and boiled shrimp only, nothing else. Calamari tacos were the same. Shrimp and calamari both tasted like they were seasoned with salt alone.
