Noe sincerely transformed our dining experience. His attention to detail was incredible, and his knowledge of the menu was impressive. Noe’s recommendations were spot-on, he was able to help us find the perfect drink for each of our meals What truly set Noe apart was his genuine warmth and charisma. He anticipated our needs without intrusion, he definitely over heard me a few times and brought us what we had forgotten to order without being asked (truly phenomenal) our glasses were never empty. His service was professional and personal, making us feel like the most important guests of the evening. Noe’s passion for hospitality was apparent every interaction, and his ability to make everyone feel so special is a rare talent. We had dinner at The Duke’s Lobster House on our first night and were initially very impressed. The seafood was fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully plated — easily one of the best meals we had at the resort. Unfortunately, the overall experience was compromised by the heavy presence of mosquitoes. It was so uncomfortable that we had to rush through dinner and head back to our room.
