Le Bisou — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

Had a lovely breakfast experience here with our wonderful server Brenda. We did a combination of ala carte and high end buffet. Super aware of allergies, and Brenda even offered to have the chef prepare some of buffet items special in advance if we knew when we would be coming back next.

We ate dinner here our last night on the property. Christian from Guest service knew we were planning on coming here and had a surprise waiting for us. Hostess Karina greeted us with amazing energy and smiles and let us know we already had a table waiting for us. Then Jose let us know that a special goodbye menu had been prepared for us taking into account my wife’s food allergies from bread services through the desert. Our plan for splitting a small meal for our last night was quickly replaced by a 2 hour customized fine dining experience complete with custom dipping sauces, appetizers, salads, soups, and deserts. We ate here several times over our stay at Beloved. The breakfast buffet is expansive, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and bacon, and patries galore with little changes from day to day. We loved the eggs coccotte and butter crepes with apples from the menu as well.

We were always greeted and welcomed by the host/hostess and seated quickly. Our waiters were always wonderful, Elias, Ismael, and Angel treated us like family. I highly recommend getting wine suggestions from Lorenzo, the resort sommelier. We drank only Mexican wines, and the ones he recommended were always perfect.

We had the most beautiful romantic dinner at Le Bisou, and it was made even more special thanks to our amazing server, José. By pure luck, he also happened to be the same wonderful person who served us during our beach dinner on the 29th of June—and once again, his service was flawless. José is attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience. He made us feel so welcome and taken care of both nights.
