So we went there because numerous people recommended us the lobster pizza and the reviews were also promising. However the food was dissapointing to say the least. I don't know where people who rated the place eat pizza but what they serve there is just not good pizza. The dough is thick without much taste and reminds me of the cheap frozen oven pizza that you can get at the supermarket. Sadly, that is not even the worst part. The cheese had a weird taste and was also flowing all around the dough. We had the lobster and the octopus pizza. The octopus was dry and you had to chew it a lot. The lobster was ok but combined with the cheese and the dough it's taste could not save the pizza. Guacamole was good and can be recommended. Service was ok. This is number one worst costumer service restaurant in Holbox! We waited 1 hour to be served meanwhile other tables coming after us received food already.. When we complained about waiting all the waiters walked away without explanation and ignored us. When we asked for a discount to be applied at the end for inconvenience, the waiter said he will call the cops and he started to run out of the restaurant to call the police from the street. We were in shock what the hell is going on… felt like he has been down this rodeo before where people didn’t wanna pay and I can see why! HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE SKILLS. We came here on the day Zeta came through because it was one of the last places open. Honestly just wanted a hamburger and hot dog from one of the stands. But glad we came though. I knew i wasn’t leaving the island without trying some lobster pizza, and it did not disappoint. Even my wife who isn’t to fond of pizza loved it. She had some shrimp that were great also, we can never go wrong for with shrimp for her especially because they tasted very fresh. The wait staff was was not rude or mean in any way, just not very welcoming, chatty or super friendly like you would expect at a five star restaurant. But definitely don’t let that stop you from having some really delicious food. You will never be able to recreate these tasted back...
