Don't let the rustic appearance put you off - the chefs here are top notch. Very reasonably priced, Friendly and proud family restaurant . Pastas and pizzas. Hand made pasta prepared in the restaurant. Fish ravioli takes 20 mins to prepare , but worth the wait. Really delicious. Actually, all meals take at least 15 - 20 mins , but if you're lucky they may give you a free guacamole while you wait. Will definitely be back for the pizzas. I am so pleased that a local restaurant of this standard has kept their prices to what they should be. Some of the new ones popping up are just too expensive for someone living here . The Mar y monti pasta is also wonderful. It's a pleasure dining here and pet friendly. 4% charge for cards.

We tried many places and kept coming back; well, because the food and variety is on par with anything you will find in more 'upscale' places. When we come back, we will be back for the food, the value and the people! If you are coming to Tulum, stop here. Jorge and the crew will take care of you.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast before making our way to Bacalar.... so good! They brought some homemade bread out to start, warm and toasted. Green juice (pineapple, orange juice, green apple, chata and ginger) was perfect, no added sweeteners. Piña colada (no alcohol) was also delicious! Sauce on the huevos rancheros was homemade and delicious, avocado toast used the same yummy bread, tacos of chicken and shrimp were some ever with guacamole and salad and were good!
