Fried Bros — Restaurant in San Miguel de Cozumel

Mannn... WHAT?! How does this place not have any reviews? I’m flabbergasted. Haha.

First, I’m snobby about food and I reeeally don’t like fast food. This place was sparkling clean, it had the feel of a very well-put together franchise, but apparently it is one of a kind.

I got The Queen and The Buffalo Chicken sandwiches, both with fries. It took 15 minutes to cook so, we left to rent a scooter, came back after 20 minutes and the food was ready.

It’s sooo humid here in Cozumel and they keep the food inside little sealed cardboard boxes so, I thought for sure at least the fries would be soggy.

It was all still perfect.

The chicken is juicy, the buns are toasted but still soft, the lettuce, tomato and onions were fresh and tasty as well. I got light sauce and it still dripped juuust slightly.

I’ll be going once or twice every time I come to Cozumel...

This place is excellent. But very confusing. Called fried bros so I’m thinking fried chicken. Then slogan is best burger in Cozumel. So I’m thinking hamburgers. Turns out they sell fried chicken sandwiches. A little off the beaten path but the sandwiches were outstanding. At least as good as popeyes sandwiches. Reasonable priced too. I order la reina and my girl order Buffalo. Both were awesome. They come with a little bit of fries too....
