This was one of my favorite dining experiences in Mexico. The food was so delicious, every single thing we ordered was incredible in it's own unique way. Highly recommend the cochinita pibil and the salbut de chicarron. What set this experience apart more than anything was the service. The staff was so incredibly kind, and so enthusiastic and happy about the food. The information we were given about each dish and the ingredients really elevated the experience. One of the best dining experiences we had in Valladolid! We tried a lot of different tacos, tostadas, panuchos and salbutes and every single dish was outstanding. The flavors were absolutely incredible: rich, balanced, and - to us - very authentic. You can tell a lot of love goes into every plate.

Despite the language barrier (we don’t speak Spanish), the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient, which made the experience even more special. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed—ideal for enjoying a slow, flavorful meal.
