Terrible service, false info on the menu, extra charge on my meals for tips.... horrible... never going there and don't go there. Imade an order through phone and the expected time was 40 mins i got there to pick up the food in 50 mins they made me wait for another 30 mins... the meat collection supposed to have collection but was really piece of chicken and 2 ribs... i asked them 2 rice on my order they put them together in one bowl, then food came its terrible and very small and i guarantee they charge ateadt tripled..and i paid for i picked up myself and another 10k but 2 rice price is tripled than other restaurants ....
Oh and i encountered other couple waiting for 2 pieces of huushuur for an hour and told to bring in to service girls several times.. then they just drank soup and left without huushuur brought.. and waited another 30 mins with me and take those out of course required to bring it several times.... they overcharge for poor service, very bad hygiene chef keep coughin in the kitchen.. very tiny place with full of people.. then they have charged for the spacious room .... my goddddddd..just...

Until the end no water no napkin. In over half hour, i sit there, alone, waiting. i ll definitely leave if not because they put a bread in front of me. Btw, i m not in a rush. but Im waiting for one hour and the food is still not coming and all tables before me got their food, finished and left. They’re a bit pricier than other local restaurants around them, but you’re paying for the extras (ambience, English menu and English speaking staff, and food tweaked to be friendly with the more picky foreign eater). I really loved everything we ate there, but i really don’t care much about their drinks. Especially the tea. Pricey and they just give you hot water and a tea bag.
