we went here fir the first time some time during last year, me and two friends of mine. that day we decided we will be coming back due to amazing food and amazing service. today we came fir the anniversary celebrating two years of our friendship, and we planned for months, knowing exactly that we'll come here. ever since we got off the bus stop we were already excited, discussing the food we tasted last year. coming here, it did not disappoint. the same waiter that was there last year served ur wonderfully, though this time we got to meet the wonderful chef. I will note that he spoke perfect, fluent montenegrin with a local accent. We had placed quite a hefty order which the chef seemed surprised by but nevertheless happy to provide. they were missing beef for one of the meals, but we were justbas happy to take the chicken, confident in the cooks' skills. everything was brought up in order. we ordered the grill and it was honestly the best eating experience ive had in this entire country. the chef even offered instruction, and brought us utensils to cut the meat. the waiter is such a delightful persona, joking around with us, saying "you guys had enough? would you like anything else?" as we were eating our food, we had a good laugh with the staff, who were consistently checking in. nit only was the food fulfilling and delicious, the service deserves a pedastal in this field of work. we have already agreed that this will be the place for our future anniversaries, and many more wonderful celebrations and experiences. our order came up to about a 100 euros and i cant say i will ever EVER regret spending a single cent. we love you guys, seriously. keep up the good work in introducing korean cuisine to montenegro.
P.S. we can safely say we tried the entire menu thru our two visits!! we reccommend...
Read moreWhen immigrants come into a country and create a restaurant they adapt the flavors to the local people. You cannot expect immigrants to create their own food with exactly the same flavors as their home country though you can sometimes request they make the food like they do at home. Some will be able to oblige you. Throughout Europe I have found only a few Japanese or Korean or Thai restaurants that are run by those people and that creates another change in flavors and types of food served. Don't enter a restaurant run by Vietnamese with an outside sign displaying "oriental food" or "Japanese, Thai,, Vietnamese and Chinese food" and expect much more than some quality Vietnamese food. As for this restaurant I expected the food to be adopted to Montenegro flavors and that indeed is the case. The food was fine and like many people reviewing this restaurant I found it a nice change from European food. I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a general idea of what Korean food is. But please do not expect it to be the same as what you would find in Korea or in a Korean restaurant in Japan. And also please keep in mind that every restaurant in the world makes food a little bit...
Read moreWonderful place with delicious authentic food, plentiful portions and completely reasonable prices. We had the rice with 3 salads combo (the salads were a real highlight), the sweet and sour wings and beef bulgogi, and everything tasted amazing and came out very quickly. I asked for a knife and they didn't have one, but the nice lady behind the counter offered to give me one of the large kitchen knives so 5 stars for improvising to keep the customer happy😅 It's a small place with nice small outdoor seating and a few children (I assume the chef's or one of the employees') were playing happily outside the whole time and just gave the place a nice family charm. Only thing I would say is the beef bulgogi is very spicy, I really struggled to eat it because I can't handle too much spice, but I'm sure they would have made it less spicy if I'd...
