More Coffee — Restaurant in Budva

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your establishment. While the location is convenient, my experience was significantly below the standards I would expect from a coffee shop.

First, the service was quite slow. Despite it not being a particularly busy time, it took an unreasonable amount of time to get the attention of a staff member to place my order. When the coffee finally arrived, it was lukewarm and tasted stale, suggesting it had been sitting for some time. The pastry I ordered also seemed far from fresh.

Furthermore, the overall cleanliness and atmosphere were lacking. Several tables had not been cleared or wiped down, and the floor appeared dirty. This created an uninviting environment that made it difficult to relax and enjoy the visit.

There is a reason why mostly Russians are commenting good about this place. There is no soul, there is no atmosphere. As a local, never felt as a foreigner and not welcome like I felt here. They need to collectively work on finding out what means to be kind, polite, human and at least respond when somebody is entering the place saying "good morning" in the language that we both understand. Coffee is empty and the place is empty if you choose to be open only for people of one nationality. I almost got hit by a woman when I opened the door for her before I entered and then made space for her to exit first. How come that is so hard to get "thank you" for being a gentleman, or to be asked if somebody wants to sit at my table, or to be considered as a guest and on that way supporter of your business.
