I came here with my partner as a breakfast before our flight. We came twice and met the same staff unfortunately the second time we came here we had a horrible time. The language barriers caused confusion however we pointed to the items we wanted on the menus and they came with the wrong things 3 times. However the same staff took our orders as the first time, they had no issue getting us the food we pointed to the first time but for some reason did now. This time they took less care. When we pointed out they brought us the wrong things they were very angry and upset with us. They would avoid our table and when we would call to them for service they would pretend they couldn’t hear us. When they finally brought us our food they had burnt most of it. As it was our first meal of the day and we were out of money as it’s our last day of the holiday we didn’t have a choice...

This was initially a 4 star review, I have downgraded it to 3 star because I have given a certain amount of the benifit of doubt to the waiter. The bill was 100 dirhams, we put 200 dirhams on the tray and he never came back, even when we pointed it out to him, he pretended not to know what we had paid him, even though I had typed it all out in Arabic, for him. We eventually got our change and we left him a 10 Durham tip. The service was good and proficent. The food looked good but was quite bland. However it tends to be the norm in Maroc, for 1 breakfast, they don't season the food, a little salt, during cooking would make all the difference. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. When I politely asked a waiter if they had a prayer rug available, I was met with rudeness and outright disrespect. The way he spoke to me was unprofessional and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. As someone who values basic courtesy, I found this behavior unacceptable.

If the staff cannot treat customers with respect, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. A little kindness goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely...
