I like the food here ..but i feel so disappointed about the service... i make an order for food and it was 175dh then tgey give me a paper that they reduce 30% when i left i Baugh many things then i have only the cash to go home ..then tge employees call me without apologizing and told me tbat 120 dh is a mistake and i should add 55dh i said okay but you should send me your Rib he told me they cant ... even when i told him that dont have money to come back home ..so even tho i waited the dilevery guy he was so late and my phone's battery get off and tge food get cold "" that mean it lost it value " after i sent disappointed message to employee i gave him choices to either send the dilevery guy home so i can pay him or send his account so i can transfer money..then he make fun of me with words and emogies ... and the dilevery guy was so rude... my big mistake was asking the restaurant to give me my order instead of glove ... so low service when its come to delivery... iam so...

The food is genuinely good — no complaints there. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. My advice? Just get it delivered. The atmosphere in the restaurant is incredibly loud — not because of other customers, but because the staff are yelling, laughing, and joking around as if they're at a party, with zero consideration for the guests. It’s honestly overwhelming. I was only there for five minutes picking up a takeout order and couldn’t wait to leave.

They seriously need some management oversight and proper customer service training. That said... the food is worth it. Just enjoy it from the comfort of...

JOA is an absolute gem! The food here is not only incredibly delicious but also very filling. Every dish is packed with authentic Korean flavors that leave you satisfied. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with beautiful decor that creates a cozy and comfortable dining experience. The servers are exceptionally friendly and attentive, making you feel truly welcomed.
