Worst experience at a restaurant in Morocco. I would advice everybody to stay AWAY. These people lied to my face after the first transaction with my card went through, they claimed it didn't, that it's usually a mistake and it'll be back in my account(they didn’t have the machine charged, so it turned off before printing the full receipt). I paid a second time only to my surprise both transaction went through. When I returned to speak to them about it they said that I need to wait two weeks and if not I should bring a bank statement. After a month, I go back there with the statement and the paper they gave. They refused to pay me back right away and said the only way is via a bank transfer which I never received. I spoke to Walid the manager 4 times and he always says that ill get it today (it has been a month). This is pure robbery with a horrible service and even worse management. Unacceptable Service During Lunch at Las Palmares Casablanca

I was really disappointed by the service at Las Palmares. While the food was decent, it was hard to enjoy our lunch with cleaners actively washing chairs and spraying water around us during the meal. It showed a complete lack of consideration for guests and ruined the overall experience.

A restaurant should prioritize the comfort of its customers — not carry out cleaning tasks during peak dining hours. For a place that seems to position itself as refined, the management needs to seriously rethink their service standards.

Quel meilleur menu d'un samedi pluvieux à Casablanca que de se faire un bon resto de midi, enfin à quelques heures près d'un réveil tardif mérité. Et quelle meilleure cuisine que celle de nos voisins et cousins germains, sortie tout droit de notre histoire commune avec l'Espagne.
