I am beyond disgusted by the service and lack of hygiene at this location. Most of the staff were openly coughing without covering their mouths or wearing face masks — which should be a basic standard when you're working around food. To make matters worse, I witnessed both a cashier and a waiter using their bare hands to pick up viennoiseries instead of using tongs, and then immediately touching money and their aprons. This is shocking and completely unacceptable.
The salad I ordered was dry, tasteless, and clearly not made with any care. This entire experience stands in stark contrast to the quality and professionalism I’ve come to expect from PAUL in the Gulf, Europe, and even Congo.
I truly hope management and the wider corporate direction take this seriously. Your brand represents a global standard, and such unsanitary practices are a disgrace to your name.
