My wife and I recently visited this restaurant, enticed by its glowing reviews on Google (20 reviews with a perfect 5-star rating). With high hopes, we made a reservation for Friday at 7:30 pm and arrived a few minutes early at 7:23 pm. To our surprise, the restaurant was completely empty. We thought it might be a trendy spot where people dine later, so we remained optimistic.

The garden area where we sat was charming, and the service initially seemed attentive. The menu offered many tempting choices, so we were eager to place our order. However, this is where things quickly went downhill. The first three items we wanted to order were not available. We adjusted our choices, only to be told by the waiter a couple of minutes later that yet another item was unavailable. Frustrated, we settled on a starter, two mains, and drinks.

The drinks arrived promptly, but they fell far short of the waiter’s enthusiastic recommendations. Still, we tried to keep our spirits up and waited for our food. By 8 pm, the restaurant was still empty, which was quite puzzling given its size. We waited over 40 minutes for our starter, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even what we had ordered.

At this point, we had enough. Hungry and irritated, we decided to cancel the remaining dishes and asked for the bill. To add insult to injury, the card reader had issues connecting to the internet, making the payment process a hassle to which the owner responded by offering the drinks.

In summary, the interior is lovely, and the staff is friendly, but they desperately need proper training. The drinks were below average, and as for the food, it’s still a mystery to us. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I genuinely believe those glowing reviews were either written by friends and family or simply bought. Save yourself the trouble and...

Je déconseille fortement ce restaurant. Le personnel était extrêmement impoli, et le manager encore plus. Le service a été d’une lenteur exaspérante. Nous avions commandé une assiette de tapas proposée par le restaurant, en demandant explicitement si elle était adaptée pour six personnes. On nous a affirmé que oui, mais lorsque le plat est arrivé, il était clairement prévu pour deux. En demandant une deuxième assiette, on nous a assuré qu’elle arriverait en moins de 10 minutes. Bien entendu, 50 minutes plus tard, nous n’avions toujours rien reçu, et il a fallu encore 20 minutes pour finalement être servis.

Pour le plat principal, il a fallu demander à deux reprises pour qu’on prenne la commande. Une fois les plats apportés, ils avaient oublié un des plats. Lorsque j’ai osé signaler cet oubli, ils ont nié et il a fallu attendre 20 minutes supplémentaires pour l’obtenir, pendant que tout le monde avait déjà terminé. Nous avons demandé deux fois la carte des boissons, mais sans succès. Pour couronner le tout, en voulant payer par carte, ils nous ont informés qu’il y avait un problème de système, sans nous proposer d’autre solution que d’aller retirer du liquide. Nous avons également demandé une facture tamponnée, mais après avoir payé, on nous a dit qu’elle ne serait envoyée que le lendemain.

Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience déplorable, et nous sommes extrêmement déçus par la façon dont la situation a été gérée. Aucun geste d’excuse, seulement de l’impolitesse. D’autres clients se sont plaints ce soir-là, et nous avons entendu la même frustration chez les tables voisines. À éviter...

This restaurant is a real gem!

My son and I walked in on a week night for dinner to this charming restaurant equipped with a nice bar. My son ordered the filet and I the sword fish. The presentation was exquisite and the food was delicious!

I later found out there was an open air patio in the back that we could've eaten in and blankets are supplied for chilly nights.

I will definitely come back and I highly recommend...
