To the owner if it matters to you your business and the comfort of your clients.!! 1st :you need to hire someone who have experience in customer service to train your waiters they are bellow the standard average..!? 🤔 🤔 2nd : advice all of these waiters (when the bar is empty please keep the music volume very low so clients can hear each other) music volume can be increased when the bar start getting busy and very crowded.. 3rd:i dont understand the use of the lady upstairs in mezanine floor 🤣 🤣 till now 21st century still need to pay a 2DHS to use the toilets!!?? 🤔 🤔 A bar like that in down town cant afford a full time employee to do her job with dignity without sitting front-of the WC like asking each visitor to drop a coin in her bowl after using the WC!!?? 4th: at least manage properly that facility so it will be properly accomodating to your clients or you think that your clients are drunk they wont pay attention to details!!?? Look at these attached pictures of WC awful!? If you want to flash the water 💦 you might hurt your finger.. No tissue inside.. You have to go outside and be forced to visit the table of the lady ask her for a piece of tissue and offcourse put the coins!!?? 🤔 🤔 The standing toilet is to high for standards while using it might get wet.. Olala while you are in toilet 🚽 the gets off.. Please do increase the time of the sensor lights.!!?? You have a good place that you can generate more and more money 💵 but you have to look for many other factors to make it happen.. And please buy a covered dust bin with pedale rather than that one next to the bar counter and open.. Ask the waiters to clean their hands when they clean an ashtray before opening a bottle for a customer..!!?? Teach them to smile and open their eyes 180 degrees to be able to anticipate customers needs... Well hope it will help you to make some changes about customer...

Preferably to be renovated, and take care of your clients quality. 35 Dhs for the beer is quite hight for this place, decoration and menu is out...
