This is a hole-in-the-wall greasy spoon fasf food eatery close to the Petit Socco on Rue Siaghine across from the side entrance to Café Tingis.
It is not the cleanest place to eat, but locals and tourists on a budget like to sit on the high chairs. Some say the rôtisserie chicken is very good.
There are no tables at Ray Charly, just a counter with tall stools, facing the somewhat grungy interior. Expect to see persistent begging hungry cats hovering on the ground looking for any scraps of your food.
Ray Charly serves rôtisserie chicken, hamburgers, French fries and sandwiches. It has been in this location for over 30 years.
Ray Charly needs to be upgraded and cleaned up, with a new outdoor sign. In my opinion, this place probably would not pass a health inspection.
I have never been tempted to try it as there are better, cleaner and far more comfortable and inexpensive fast food places to eat in the Médina. No Wi-Fi and no credit cards....

It was amazing and very tastey, only we paid 135 dirham (100 for Stuffed Chicken and 35 for the Liver). Ower and staff was very helpful.
