Riad ouinz - Hotel Aït Ben Haddou — Restaurant in caïdat de Amerzgane

I stayed at Riad Ouinz in november 2024. A very nice Riad, modern construction with big rooms with airconditioning and private bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough and so was the evening meal served in a very nice space downstairs. I also happened to see the kitchen which was very proper. The owner and his staff take pride in their work and doing everything for the guests. So if you have a special diet , like Vegetarian just let them know and they tak care of it. There is a big swimming pool by this Riad with relaxing space all around and protected by nice walls. Everything is new.and very clean.There is parking space outside and to visit the village you can just walk because its close by. This location is in my opinion a good alternative to Ouarzazate. One of the best places i stayed in during my 40 days...

Overall: The place is very nicely presented, clean and tidy, the pool was a welcome relief after long walks, and being stuck in tour vans.

Room: We had a room with Queen and Single bed, it was spacious and clean with side drawers, a small desk and dresser.

The bathroom was neat, good shower pressure and had the basic amenities you would need.

Service: Staff are very friendly, helpful and will try to accommodate your requests. Abdul and Mustafa (young man) pictured ran around for everyone in our group to make there stay as pleasant as possible.

Food: We had a group dinner in the dining hall of traditional meatball tagine with egg, and vege couscous. The food was delectable.

Great accommodation with amazing view. Large bedrooms and bathroom were really clean and the host is so nice and so welcoming. We had dîner there : tasty traditional & healthy local food. Breakfast are really perfect too. The terrace and swimming pool are wonderful and the gardens full of flowers. We had planned to stay for one night only, we stayed 2 because we loved the place and its comfort and quietness. I’ll definitely go back I dearly...
