The best place to eat lunch in Essaouira!!! What a special place. This is a zero waste, plastic free organic & locally sourced cafe that is open for lunch only with a rotating menu each day. I arrived just before 4pm and it was about to close but the host kindly offered to prepare a platter for me. The terrace was a little basic but the food and service was very good. The ingredients were varied, tasty and healthy. Some interesting and different combinations, especially the tabbouleh with barley, pomegranate and anchovies.
