We are here in one of the earliest days of this restaurant—day 2?—and the owner/manager was our server. Apparently he and his wife, the chef, operated small eateries in the Medina but wanted a big restaurant with dine in options and ambiance.
The space is beautifully Moroccan with tile, fountains, and rugs. The food is great! I have a shrimp intolerance and it wasn’t an issue to accommodate as they were cooking fresh. The chicken Tom yum soup was some of the best I’ve had in a while, and the melon in coconut cream was a delightful way to end the meal. The chef has a garden to grow Thai basil and the soup also has fresh kefir lime leaves, possibly also from the garden.
This is a great place if you are looking for a bit of a break from tagines, couscous, and skewers. Those things are great, don’t get me wrong, but this was a nice change of pace. We split the tasting menu, which may not be available long term as they get more...

Waiter Zakaria provided the kind of service that you would normally only experience in fine dining restaurants. Polite, great eye for detail and making a genuine connection with his guests. The food is lovely although some items on the menu are on the pricier side for Moroccan standards (prices are more similar to Europe). We only had starters but if you want to have a full dinner you’ll easily spend 200-350 dirham per person. I gave 4 stars for the food because for those prices they could improve on the presentation and maybe add some additional ingredients to bring it to the next level. Overall definitely worth a visit....
Read moreWe were lured here by the good google reviews which happen to be old, before they changed a chef. The place is really beautiful with super nice waiters....but thats all what its beautiful here. The food is tasteless and we didnt get anything what we ordered. My husband ordered fried rice with egg, well rice contained no egg and it was definetly not fried. I ordered wok noodles and i got overcooked soup noodles and the owner tried to convince me im delusional. I must say im very dissappointed by the food. Its a shame because the place seemed really good before. As a business owner myself im posting this review for owners to do something about the food or call the ex chef back. The price we paid for a meal was even higher than in most European countries. Its unacceptable to serve a sad...
