Irish Pub — Restaurant in Hassan حسان

This is a nice little bar linked to Hotel Rabat (though the name 'Irish Pub' is a tad misleading as this is neither a pub nor Irish). The staff are friendly, the service is good, the beer is reasonably priced by Moroccan standards, and they usually have any sporting events that might be taking place on the TV.

If there is a problem then it is the smokey nature of the bar. It is popular with Moroccan men and 99.9% of Moroccan men not only like to smoke but to chain smoke, especially when consuming alcohol. This is a small, quiet bar, nice for a few drinks before venturing out for dinner. It's accessible from the street by going down a few steps, or from within the Hotel Rabat itself. I guess the place seats about 25 people, plus another 5 at the bar. There's a small outside area at the entrance more suitable for smoking.
