⭐ 2/5 – Acceptable Experience but Serious Issues at Reception
The overall experience was acceptable, but the reception is a real problem. Before visiting, I read several reviews mentioning the same issues — and unfortunately, they were right.
There’s no real welcome, no smile, no warmth. Where is the hospitality? I have 16 years of experience in Food & Beverage, and trust me, this is not how guests should be received. Management should invest in proper training for the reception team, especially the hostesses — even their smiles seem forced. Someone needs to supervise them closely, as this first impression ruins the whole experience.
On a positive note, the service at the bar was excellent. The bartender with glasses (sorry, I forgot his name) was absolutely professional — calm, smiling, and confident. Bravo! 100/100 for him.
However, I requested a table near the musicians, and the hostess told me those tables were only for guests who are dining. That’s fine — but at least inform guests clearly in advance instead of making them feel unwelcome. We are paying customers, not servants (sorry for the word, but that’s how it felt).
The place definitely needs a sharp, hands-on manager with a helicopter view to fix these recurring issues. The same comments have been repeated for the past two months, and still nothing has changed. At end i drink 2 beers and i decide to leave to continue my night somewhere else
Fix things before it’s too late. For me, it was the last visit, thanks to the rudeness and lack of professionalism at...
Read moreExtremely disappointing and disrespectful experience.
We showed up at this restaurant and were told by the security agent that they were fully booked, while we literally saw people walking in without any reservation. To make sure, we called right after leaving and were told by phone that they did have availability and even booked a table for us.
When we came back just a few minutes later, the same agent still refused to let us in. We called again — the lady I had spoken to said she would come welcome us in a minute… we waited outside for more than five minutes before calling again, and this time a man answered, apologizing and saying that now suddenly there was no availability.
The whole situation was absurd, unprofessional, and honestly humiliating. We were lied to multiple times and treated as if our presence didn’t matter. If that’s how they choose who gets in and who doesn’t, then this place clearly has no respect for its guests. Absolutely not worth the time or the...
Read moreI visited this place once and swore I wouldn’t return after the waiter asked if I wanted to have dinner, and when I said no, he slammed the menu in my face.
Despite that, I gave it another try midweek with a friend, when it was quieter. The experience was completely different — I was treated like royalty. They apologized for the previous incident, and I even considered going back again. The live singers were truly incredible.
However, on our third attempt, we were stopped at the entrance and told it was too late and the place was full. I wouldn’t have minded if they hadn’t let other people in front of us— clearly regulars. That felt unfair.
I’ve also heard from friends who went as a group but were denied a chair in the table simply because they weren’t planning to order dinner, which is ridiculous, drinks often cost more anyway.
Bottom line: I’ve decided not to go back. Don’t get your hopes up based on...
