Botchi Coffee Marrakech — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

Avoid. Do not spend your money here you will be disappointed.

Once ordered the drink took over 20 minutes to arrive and the restaurant was empty, watching staff slouched over leaning on their mobiles whilst waiting for my drink is extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not greet you when entering or acknowledge you if you have a question.

We ordered spaghetti and accompanied was a very small amount of Parmesan, we then asked for more as the amount was not sufficient. When receiving our bill there was additional item "2 x Edam cheese" and a 30dh charge.

For an establishment of this kind and location to try and scam customers for 30dh is absolutely disgusting. When asked to see the menu with the price for Parmesan it didn't exist and was shown Edam cheese which was we didn't have and is from the brunch section. This kind of behaviour really lets down M avenue. There is no where in the world that charges for additional Parmesan when ordering a pasta dish and if there was an extra charge we should have...

Honestly very disappointed about this café, especially the waiter who was serving us . It took him about 20min to come take our orders , then at the moment we asked for the bill , he came all smiles and stuff and asking us did we enjoy our meal , i gave the money , he took it and gone for about 15min , then came back , taking other people’s orders and acting normally, keeps walking on the other side far from our table, i felt so angry as the way he took us for idiots .one of us took the initiative to ask for the change ( that we were willing to keep for him lol ) but the way he acted at the end ruined the whole thing . Forcing me to give u a tip obliquely was a big NO for me ….. last time...

No AC, very hot.

Awful Service that took them 30 mins just to take our order just to mess it up with giving us 3 fish sandwich instead of chicken.

We complained and the man got angry at us.

We then got charged for the extra sandwiches that we gave back and he persisted to charge us extra saying we made the false order when we were very clear on the chicken.

We had to pay extra at the end.
