MY FAMILY AND I VISITED THIS PLACE ONCE BEFORE.THE SUMMER OF 2023.THE WHOLE FAMILY WAS THERE.WE ORDERED APPETIZERS, MAIN COURSES PLUS DRINKS AND DESERTS FOR 4 PEOPLE.THAT WAS OVER A YEAR AGO.IT WAS SOMEWHAT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WAITER. FAST FORWARD TO TONIGHT APRIL 12TH 2024.I VISITED THIS RESTAURANT AT 10:30 PM.JUST THE TWO OF US MY NEFEW AND I.WE ORDERED A CAPPUCCINO AND A MANGO JUICE AND TWO BOTTLES OF WATER IT TOOK THIS MALE WAITER 1HOUR TO NOTICE US.WE WERE SEATED AT THE FIRST FLOOR.THE SERVER SERVED TWO GROUPS OF CUSTOMERS SEATED NEAR AND ACROSS FROM US.AFTER HE TOOK OUR ORDER CAME THE WAITING PART.I HAD TO WAIVE AT HIM TWICE WITH A SMILE.WHEN HE BROUGHT OUR DRINKS 2 BOTTLES OF WATER WERE MISSING.HE SAID HE WILL BRING THEM.HE NEVER DID. WHEN WE GOT TIRED OF WAITING I ASKED FOR MY CHECK- I ALSO ASKED FOR PASTRY/ DESERT MENUE WHICH NEVER CAME-WE WERE IGNORED ONCE AGAIN.WHEN I WALKED UPSTAIRS LOOKING FOR A MANAGER OR A PERSON IN CHARGE TO TALK TO ABOUT THIS INCIDENT HE FOLLOWED ME AND STARTED YELLING.HE KEPT INTERRUPTING ME WHILE I WAS MAKING MY CASE TO ONE OF YOUR CHEFS WHO SHOWED RESPECT, LISTENED TO MY CONCERN AND APOLOGISED ON HIS BEHALF.THIS CHEF WAS NOT SPARED THE YELLING AS YOUR SERVER SHAMED HIM FOR STEPPING UP AND APLOLOGISING TO ME FOR THIS SERVER S COMPLETE LUCK OF PROFESSIONALISM.THIS WAITER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE -TO SAY THE LEASTLEAST-TO MY NEFEW AND I AND TO HIS FELLOW EMPLOYEE( FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING).HE NEVER STOPPED TALKING AND LISTENED TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY.WHEN HE KEPT YELLING AND INTERRUPTING ME AND REALISED THE LACK OF RESPECT HE HAS FOR HIS CUSTOMERS -NOT TO MENTION HIS OBVIOUS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM- I PAID MY BILL AND LEFT HOPING THAT ONE DAY ANOTHER CUSTOMER DONT HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I VE EXPERIENCED AT THIS PLACE...

Horrible experience. When we arrived, we were the only customers in the upstairs dining area. We waited an extremely long time before someone came to take our order. My friends ordered an entree and appetizer and asked for them to come out together, whereas, I ordered an entree and requested my salad to arrive as an appetizer.

Fast forward, my friends were brought their entrees and I was brought out a tower of chicken that they said was the salad. We informed them that we were vegetarian and did not eat meat. The waitress argued that this was a ceasar salad.

My friends begin to eat their food, while I waited for my pizza. After another 10 minutes, the waitress explains that my pizza was coming but wasn’t prepared because I said I wanted my salad as an appetizer. 🤯 My friends ate their entire meals. New customers came, ordered, ate, got their check. Still no pizza. We were informed it was still coming. In the meantime, we saw other pizzas prepared and served.

We eventually canceled the pizza and requested the check after the dining room was empty again with other customers (that arrived at least 10-15 minutes after us) served. The waitress’ excuse was they were busy.

My friends also said this was the worst food they had tasted in Marrakech (fish tajine and pizza) Our drinks were also disgusting. This was the indeed the worst experience we had in Marrakech. Everywhere else was great. We only wish we would have read the reviews before visiting as...

Almost directly across the street from the 866 year old Koutoubia mosque on Avenue Mohammed V in Marrakech, Morocco is a modern multilevel restaurant called La Table de la Koutoubia. Construction began in 1141 and the mosque was completed in 1158.

The restaurant has several large terraces providing unobstructed views of Koutoubia. It has an affordable menu of burgers, crispy and non-greasy French fries, pizzas, and drinks such as coffees, teas, sodas (with ice cubes and lemon slices, if desired), juices and milkshakes.

My brother and I were happy to discover this gem, very close to our hotel and the popular Jemaa-El-Fnaa.

We ordered cheeseburgers and French fries that were warm and near perfect, similar to MacDonald's fries.

Our Coca-Cola drinks were served in glasses, and we were given extra ice when required due to the warm evening temperature of Marrakech in early September.

We had discovered this restaurant while walking to the Artisinal on Avenue Mohammed V. The menu had our favorite pizza with anchovies, but on our first visit, there were disappointingly no anchovies. The efficient and polite young waiter told us that anchovies would be available if we returned the next evening, so we planned to do so.

I was delighted to inform my brother that earlier in the afternoon a waiter informed me when I asked if anchovies were available for our pizzas on our last might in Marrakech. He said yes, and I told him we would be...

Stopped by to watch a World Cup game (2 TVs) and was surprised that the food was not bad. They try to give you the expensive dinner menu with mains over 100MAD, but we had noticed they had a casual food menu and had to ask for that menu. The pizzas (60-80 MAD) and burgers were reasonably priced (50-80MAD) - which is comparable to a tagine in/near Medina; only difference is that I felt full after eating here. The toppings on the brick oven pizzas are a weird mix and not what we would put on a pizza but the Chicken Chicka was surprisingly good (white pizza with chicken, ground meat, cheese, tomato, mushroom, black olives, potato, corn, onion, oregano). Bonus points (and a tip) to the waiter for bringing a bottle of Tabasco sauce without prompting! So good that we order the Norwegian (salmon, avocado, spinach, nuts, honey) pizza after that; after all, the game had 60 more minutes. We tried our first Moroccan hamburgers: Swiss and Royal. The portion size of the burger with the fries was large for the price. It was just OK and not comparable to a USA diner burger but if you’ve never had a USA burger, I suppose it would be good. There is a great view of the mosque from the upper terrace. The environment is very chill and not chaotic like the Medina.

This was my favorite "remote working office" in Marrakesh. The food, the staff and the view well deserve the 5 stars.

We found this place on our first night in Marrakech, the food is ok but what you pay here is the sunset views. We managed to grab one of the tables leading to the street at the top and it was good to take photos. The food was good, we didn't know then but it is expensive compared to other places. We ended up paying £22 each for a chicken tajin, orange juice and dessert. We found other places where we paid the equivalent of £9 for the same meal. It was a nice place for the views and atmosphere, a place definitely for tourist.
