Read moreHorrible experience. When we arrived, we were the only customers in the upstairs dining area. We waited an extremely long time before someone came to take our order. My friends ordered an entree and appetizer and asked for them to come out together, whereas, I ordered an entree and requested my salad to arrive as an appetizer.
Fast forward, my friends were brought their entrees and I was brought out a tower of chicken that they said was the salad. We informed them that we were vegetarian and did not eat meat. The waitress argued that this was a ceasar salad.
My friends begin to eat their food, while I waited for my pizza. After another 10 minutes, the waitress explains that my pizza was coming but wasn’t prepared because I said I wanted my salad as an appetizer. 🤯 My friends ate their entire meals. New customers came, ordered, ate, got their check. Still no pizza. We were informed it was still coming. In the meantime, we saw other pizzas prepared and served.
We eventually canceled the pizza and requested the check after the dining room was empty again with other customers (that arrived at least 10-15 minutes after us) served. The waitress’ excuse was they were busy.
My friends also said this was the worst food they had tasted in Marrakech (fish tajine and pizza) Our drinks were also disgusting. This was the indeed the worst experience we had in Marrakech. Everywhere else was great. We only wish we would have read the reviews before visiting as...

The restaurant has several large terraces providing unobstructed views of Koutoubia. It has an affordable menu of burgers, crispy and non-greasy French fries, pizzas, and drinks such as coffees, teas, sodas (with ice cubes and lemon slices, if desired), juices and milkshakes.
My brother and I were happy to discover this gem, very close to our hotel and the popular Jemaa-El-Fnaa.
We ordered cheeseburgers and French fries that were warm and near perfect, similar to MacDonald's fries.
Our Coca-Cola drinks were served in glasses, and we were given extra ice when required due to the warm evening temperature of Marrakech in early September.
We had discovered this restaurant while walking to the Artisinal on Avenue Mohammed V. The menu had our favorite pizza with anchovies, but on our first visit, there were disappointingly no anchovies. The efficient and polite young waiter told us that anchovies would be available if we returned the next evening, so we planned to do so.
I was delighted to inform my brother that earlier in the afternoon a waiter informed me when I asked if anchovies were available for our pizzas on our last might in Marrakech. He said yes, and I told him we would be...
