I do not recommend visiting! A man with sunglasses is waiting at the door, who took the order and went to talk to other visitors standing at the door. After waiting for the ordered cola and banana milkshake and repeated questions, a can of cola and a cocktail were dropped on the table while passing by. I had to remind you that you need either a drinking straw or a glass to pour cola. Brought warm under any criticism. Unsalted omelette As if with cheese and a burger as if it was fried two days ago and thawed before serving. There is no napkin on the table, no salt, pepper or any other sauces. When asked for salt, an empty bottle of hot sauce and something like ketchup and brown sauce was dropped on the table. We did not expect salt. The bread probably didn't match the small omelette, although the price is for a decent-sized meat dish. Terrible service. And while we were still sitting at the table, the cleaner started walking around the hall and sweeping the floor with a broom. Traveling for the second time all around Morocco, this time even 2 weeks in this country, which I saw so uncultured for the first time. And everything is not tasty. It was eaten because we had driven far and walked a lot. But the next time I come to Morocco, I hope to see that the company will have acquired new owners and...

The food wasn’t bad - actually was better than many other restaurants we visited in Morocco, but there’s a few reasons I have given this a lower rating. We were looking for a spot that took Visa as we had very little cash left - they nodded when I asked.

Now comes the review... Firstly - service is extremely slow. The waiter took forever to come to us and place our order - and once we placed it, we tried to let her know we were in a rush as we had to catch a train, but they didn’t help. It took nearly 40 minutes to get our food - 2 sandwiches and fries. Also right before we ordered I showed her my Visa card to confirm again that they accepted it - they said yes.

Anyways when it came time to pay - guess what, the card machine wasn’t working. 2 customers before us also tried to pay by card but weren’t able to and had to pay cash. We explained that all we had left was 40 dirhams and some CAD. After about 5 tries with my card we told us to go get cash from an ATM. At this point we were running late for our train and I insisted he either take what we have or get another working machine. Just a stressful experience to end off our Marrakech leg of the trip and in the end we just paid him some CAD and...

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Restaurant

I had an awful experience dining at this Moroccan restaurant. The place was swarming with flies, which was already off-putting. To make matters worse, toward the end of our meal, we found a black hair in one of our dishes.

When we brought it to the staff’s attention, they absurdly claimed it was our own hair. However, none of us in the group have black hair—ours is all brown—so it clearly wasn’t ours. Despite this, they insisted that we had to pay for the dish because we had already eaten part of it.

This was one of the most ridiculous and disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to stay away from this restaurant. Save your time and money—don’t bother...

Went to this restaurant for lunch two days ago and was very disappointed. The bistro is fairly modern looking but nothing exciting. The bistro was full of flies which was very annoying and whilst they had and air condition unit it was not on. It was very warm and not welcoming. I ordered a Moroccan breakfast which consisted of two fried eggs and a sprinkling of dry meat (possible mutton) with a thin smearing of sauce on the bottom, some bread and an orange juice. I was charged 120dh for this. Very expensive and very disappointing and I will not be going again. There are many better and cheaper restaurants elsewhere which I will use instead the future.

I ordered tacos, but they didn’t come with cilantro. Honestly, you can’t even call it a taco without cilantro. I thought it was just missing by mistake, so I tried ordering again — only to find out they don’t even have cilantro at all. If that’s the case, they shouldn’t be running a taco place. On top of that, they brought me a bottle of water I never ordered. I wouldn’t have minded if it was just served, but they forced me to pay for it even though I didn’t even touch it. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and it’s making Morocco feel like one of the worst travel destinations.
