O'Tacos Gueliz — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

I am a big fan of Tacos and I have tried many in my life. The first one was O’Tacos in France and it has nothing to do with this one. First of all, the chicken tastes disgusting. I’m really sorry to put it like that but the way you cook your chicken really needs to be revised. Second, the tacos itself wasn’t wall toasted. The loaf was still raw and it lacked the necessary cooking. Third, I insisted so much on adding extra sauce. I said I don’t have a problem paying extra just please do my food the way I want. To my surprise, the tacos lacked sauce and the very little that was put there was absolutely tasteless. All I could taste was the disgusting chicken, it was truly a horribly tasting chicken. I love the franchise of O’Tacos and it means a lot to me, but if you truly want to live up to those expectations these are my personal recommendations as a true Tacos fan:

First of all change your chicken it was disgusting. I believe it was not plain white chicken but rather the “traditional” one. I don’t even know but whatever it was it was horrible.

change the sauces you use. cheap isn’t always better. Invest in better tasting sauce brands for better quality.

toast the tacos well and make sure it looks appealing instead of just throwing whatever to your customers.

Make it a habit to add plenty of sauce (both the one we ask for and the sauce fromagère) because that’s the only thing that gives tacos its flavor so don’t be cheap with it.

I have been scammed as the rest of the customers!

I was asked if i want french fries and i was surprised to not find them in my takeaway order and when asked they said it is inside the tacos! Second thing, only 5 or 6 basic sauces! This has nothing to do with the french brand O'tacos and their offering is below what you'd find at your nearby neighborhood fastfood restaurant. I highly urge everyone to give a second thought about trying what they offer.

Unfortunately, you have sacrificed "Vert midi", the authentique, unique, and healthy restaurant that was in the place of Otacos, just to open a bad quality unhealthy fast food restaurant. I used to be a loyal client of "vert midi", and many of my friends and family were as well, but now there is no way we're coming to eat that unoriginal...
