Winoo — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

Avis mitigé après une grosse déception Client fidèle de Winoo depuis plus de 10 ans, j’y mangeais presque tous les jours à une époque. De retour à Marrakech, j’ai voulu partager ce souvenir avec ma famille. Malheureusement, l’expérience n’a rien eu de nostalgique.

Nous avons commandé 3 pizzas (thon et fruits de mer), mais dès la première bouchée, le goût était très amer, étrange, loin de ce qu’on attend d’une pizza. Nous avons à peine goûté deux d’entre elles, sans entamer la troisième. Résultat : maux de ventre et vomissements après seulement une part.

Le serveur n’a compté qu’une pizza sur la note, ce que nous avons apprécié, mais cela reste une très mauvaise expérience.

Je suis sincèrement déçu de voir à quel point la qualité a chuté. Winoo n’est plus ce que c’était. J’espère que cela pourra aider à rectifier les choses, pour que l’enseigne retrouve le niveau qui faisait sa réputation.

أنا من زبناء Winoo القدامى، كنت كنجي عندكم تقريبا يوميا من أكثر من 10 سنين، وكانت داك الساعة الخدمة والماكلة ممتازة. رجعت لمراكش وقلت ندي عائلتي لشي بلاصة عندي معاها ذكريات زوينة، لكن للأسف التجربة كانت كارثية.

كنا طلبنا 3 بيزات (بالطون وفواكه البحر)، غير ذقنا جوج منهم وبقينا ما مسيناش الثالثة، لأن الذوق كان مر بزاف وغريب، ماشي البيزا اللي متعودين عليها. حتى جينا نحسّو بمغص والتقيؤ من بعد غير واحد القطعة.

الڤارس تفهم وخلّصنا غير على بيزا وحدة، ولكن تبقى تجربة خايبة بزاف، خصوصا في مطعم كان من أفضل المطاعم فمراكش فواحد الوقت. Winoo ما بقاش بحال قبل، وكنتمنا ترجعو المستوى اللي عرفناكم بيه.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Winoo for over 10 years. I used to eat there almost daily back in the day, and I have great memories from that time. Now that I’m back in Marrakech, I brought my family there, hoping to relive the experience — but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment.

We ordered 3 pizzas (tuna and seafood). We only tasted two of them — the third one wasn’t even touched — because they all had a very bitter and strange taste, far from what you'd expect from seafood or tuna pizza. Just from one slice, we ended up with stomach pain and vomiting.

The waiter kindly charged us for only one pizza, which we appreciated, but overall it was a very bad experience. Sadly, Winoo is no longer what it used to be. I truly hope you can bring back the quality that once made...

Winoo ....located almost next to Hotel Alma's, Gueliz, Marrakech. Ample seating both indoor and outdoor. Toilets are reasonably clean. Cuisines include pizza, grills, taglines, breakfast, harira , fish and salads. So really ... everything. Service is prompt but if you order in English ensure you get what you ordered , otherwise return your order. The waiters generally are more interested in how much of a tip they can expect. Orders are frequently returned because of mistakes at the point of taking the order. The food is below average...grills are overdone...salads are limp, bread is cold, fish is not fresh verging on 'past it's sell by date'. Stray cats are a menace. Very...

I ordered a Sicilienne pizza and they ended up bringing a different type of pizza. At first I thought maybe as they have just renovated the place they probably brought changes to their ingredients. When I had the bill, it was a different type : Pizza Selection something. 20 dh more expensive than the Sicilienne. The waiter ignored that I had ordered Sicilienne, and the cashier just said well you just pay for the pizza you ate. I thought there was no need to argue more and just paid. But I can't believe the attitude and the lack of responsibility from the staff. I was curious to discover after their renovation, but now I'm not...
